Jaka is responsible for architecting Celtra’s world-class rich media mobile advertising platform. He has deep experience in building innovative new products, large-scale systems and reliable cloud based SaaS technology platforms.
Jonathan is responsible for the company's business in Europe. Prior to Celtra, Jonathan led a number of Internet and digital media technology companies - including NetGenesis, Maven Networks and Ooyala - in successfully entering the European market.
Rob is a mobile industry expert who brings over 15 years of sales, technology marketing, sports and entertainment marketing experience to Celtra. Prior to Celtra, he served as the Director of Sales for VeriSign, where he led the global sales efforts for the Mobile Messaging and Entertainment Division.
Grant is a sales and business development executive with more than 15 years experience in Digital Media and SaaS Platform technologies. Prior to Celtra, he was the Managing Director of Agency Development for Yahoo!, where he was responsible for building mutually beneficial relationships with Yahoo!'s strategic agency partners.
Polly is responsible for agency sales at Celtra. She has been a leader in digital advertising sales and marketing for more than 15 years, specializing in developing emerging media programs for Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, P&G and Paramount Pictures. Deemed "One of the Most Powerful Women In Mobile Advertising" by Business Insider in 2012, and named one of the "Mobile Women to Watch 2010" by Mobile Marketer, Polly has been pioneering in the mobile space since 2004, before the iPhone existed.
Prior to Celtra, Maja was the CRM manager at Si.mobil (Vodafone group), a Slovenian mobile operator, and after that, the head of marketing at Elektroncek group, the world's leading manufacturer of electromechanical gaming devices. She graduated with honors with an M.B.A. degree from Babson College, where she co-founded Celtra Inc.
Deb is responsible for creating and delivering marketing communications strategies designed to elevate Celtra’s brand visibility across the advertising ecosystem. Deb brings more than 15 years of experience leading highly successful global communications programs for such companies as Vimeo, Samsung, Canon and Sony.
Rod has 12 years of experience in web development, including 5 years in team management. Prior to joining Celtra, he was the lead developer at Parsek, where his team developed, launched and scaled web solutions for various industries, including airline, banking, pharmacy and online media. Before Parsek, he was the lead developer at Intera, where he helped transform the company from a web development shop into a successful SAAS vendor. Rod is currently an M.S. candidate at the Jozef Stefan Research Institute.
Ales helps define product strategy and user experience design on key Celtra products. He has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising and digital product design for both creative agencies and technology companies. Previously having co-founded two start-ups where he was responsible for product management, he has a big passion for bringing new and innovative products to life. He holds a Masters degree from New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program.
Gefen oversees publisher and technology partner integrations and rich media ad formats at Celtra. She has over 12 years of experience in creating digital ad products that engage and delight consumers. Prior to Celtra, she was responsible for Mediamind’s mobile and emerging products strategy.
