Celtra is looking for a Product Manager specialized in video advertising to lead the development of assigned product integrations. This is a role for individuals who know Video LUMAscape as the back of their hand, understand mechanics behind different AdTech business, have hands-on experience in ad operations and creative skills to translate their expertise into innovative ad products.
An ideal candidate would be so confident in her knowledge of OpenRTB, that she would accept a bet to explain header bidding to her mother in law and win.
Staying ahead of the curve with video advertising market, industry trends, business intelligence and competition’s activities
Leading research & development of integrations projects from ideation to launch by working closely with product designers, engineers, technical writers, product marketing managers and other stakeholders
Directing product roll-out activities
Being a main point of contact for certification and integration projects with media partners
Driving internal studies by working closely with analysts and UX researchers to design experiments, interpret their results and translate them into actionable insights
Contributing to product roadmap by monitoring adoption, managing backlog and setting development priorities
Contributing to the development of business plans, forecasting, pricing, and positioning of new product offerings
BA/BS/BE or a higher academic degree
Min. 5y of general product management experience
Min. 3y of experience managing development of video advertising products running via OpenRTB protocol and/or integrations with walled gardens (Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, etc.)
Exceptional portfolio or examples of previous work
Extensive domain knowledge on business and operations of adtech platforms and social media
Solid technical understanding of VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB technologies and integration methods
Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in written, spoken and visual language
Experience in designing experiments and interpreting data
Drive to spot and actively pursue opportunities to improve development and/or business processes
Ability to be self-driven, pro-active, systematic, well organised and rigorous about details
Ability to operate in a highly multidisciplinary and collaborative environment where effective exchange of knowledge between peers is crucial
A “can-do” mindset pursuing excellence
Prior experience working on media supply side (a plus)
Prior experience in Ad Operations (a plus)
Prior experience with agile development methodology (a plus)
