Technical Content Manager

Do you consider yourself a technical support strategist? Does removing barriers and creating avenues for customer self service excite you? Celtra is looking for a seasoned Technical Content Manager to lead and advance the strategy of our technical, self service support content surrounding the AdCreator platform. In this role, you’ll plan and execute Celtra’s support content across a variety of channels, including knowledge base and in-product help. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and administrating Celtra’s support site.

An ideal candidate for this role has experience planning and building content strategy for technical support content, strong management skills, and experience with web development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan updates to Celtra’s support content based on the product roadmap and input from the Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams.
  • Manage the production of all technical content produced by the Technical Writing team.
  • Maintain and implement new features on Celtra’s support site, including design and backend updates.
  • Coordinating the release of documentation for new features, as well as ongoing updates of existing features.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience developing and managing technical content strategies.
  • Background in implementing, building, and maintaining websites with knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in written, spoken and visual language.
  • Ability to be self-driven, pro-active, systematic, well organised and rigorous about details.
  • Experience developing content management systems a plus.
  • A strong portfolio and examples of past work.
