The Client Manager will be responsible for supporting our existing agency (creative and media) and mobile network clients in both a pre- and post-sales context. As the go-to person for clients, the role requires you to handle all of the day-to-day needs of these clients.
This role will require you to work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product Management as you support sales processes, ensure successful campaign delivery and feedback client requirements to the business.
Additionally, the Client Manager should be able to support and guide our partners as they develop new, engaging campaigns, any creative skills would be a huge plus.
As the key liaison between clients and the Production team, you will be responsible for clearly defining project scope, managing timeline, and clearly communicating with clients. Additionally, the Client Manager will work with Sales to ensure awareness of new capabilities, features, and formats as they are released to market. Through your intimate knowledge of client needs, you will become the client champion inside Celtra, ensuring that your customer’s needs are met.

Clearly define project scope
Manage day to day interaction with clients
Coordinate campaign delivery with Production team
Review project/campaign deliverables for accuracy
Regular communication with various groups within the client organizations.
Communicate best practices on using AdCreator and executing rich media advertising
Apply creative input to campaign and advertiser questions
Assist clients with campaign questions and launch
Relevant BA/BS degree preferred with a strong record of academic success
Experience working with (or for) media and creative agencies
Ability to effectively problem solve
Effectively manage multiple tasks, detail oriented and organized
Client facing experience in similar ad technology/ad operations role
Understanding/Knowledge of HTML5
Experience troubleshooting client technical issues
Working knowledge of mobile advertising and monetization, with an understanding of rich media
Creative skills or experience would be a huge plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
