Director, Publisher Development

Position description

We are searching for an experienced business development/sales professional with a deep understanding of the online/mobile advertising industry that has successfully developed revenue producing relationships with major publishers. You will be responsible for calling on and building relationships with senior executives within the Mobile Advertising/Digital Media divisions of our prospective Publisher Partners. This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to grow responsibilities based on proven success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with relevant top tier publishers
  • Facilitate the certification of Celtra Ads on Publisher Partner sites with support from Engineering
  • Support the sales cycle by effectively communicating the value of
  • Celtra solutions
  • Responsible for national coverage with a focus on NYC
  • Work effectively with a variety of internal teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of our eco-system partners
  • Effectively report on territory account development and sales progress via Salesforce

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years of successful Business Development/Sales experience with consistent overachievement
  • Experience successfully selling mobile and/or online advertising technology solutions
  • Strong relationships within top tier tier publishers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal oriented personality, committed to success and a strong work ethic
  • Must be comfortable calling on all levels of an organization
  • Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
  • Bachelors degree, with a focus on business preferred
