  • Team players. We want good people who like working with other good people. No loners. No code monkeys.
  • Deal with problems and situations in a pioneering fashion. Get used to solving problems most haven't even heard of.
  • Expert knowledge of JavaScript. Experience with mobile WebKit is a huge plus.
  • Expert knowledge of CSS. Experience with CSS3 transitions, transforms and animations is a huge plus.
  • Experience developing complex, JavaScript-heavy web applications. Experience developing single-page web applications and/or mobile web applications is a huge plus.
  • Thorough understanding of HTTP.
  • B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science or a related field (or a very good reason for not having one).
  • Fluent written and spoken English. British accent is a huge plus.
  • More huge pluses: iOS or Android application development, basketball.
