Celtra Announces Major Upgrade to AdCreator, the First Truly End-to-End, Self-Service Mobile Rich Media Ad Platform

Celtra, the premier rich media mobile advertising company, today will announce at the MMA Forum in New York the availability of AdCreator 2.0, the first end-to-end, self-service mobile rich media ad platform. AdCreator uniquely empowers publishers and agencies to build, manage, measure and optimize rich media campaigns that run across multiple smartphones and tablets and can plug-and-play on the broadest range of ad servers, ad networks, mediation layers, demand side and supply side platforms.
