Celtra, Inc. ("Celtra" or "we") respects the privacy of the visitors to our website: www.celtra.com (the "Web Site"). We designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how we collect and use the information of our visitors.  We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy. By using or accessing our Web Site or using our services, you agree to our privacy practices outlined herein. This Privacy Policy applies to our Web Site and our mobile advertising and content services provided through various mobile web sites and applications (the "Celtra Services").

From time to time Celtra may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect industry initiatives or changes in the law, our personal identifiable information collection and use practices, the features of the Web Site or Celtra Services, or technology, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting by Celtra on the Web Site. Your continued use of the Web Site after Celtra posts a revised Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. It is therefore important that you review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Collection of Information

Collection of Information on the Web site

When you visit our Web Site, you can choose to provide us with certain personal identifiable information about yourself which may include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, gender and birth date ("PII") and other information you voluntarily provide to Celtra. We do not collect PII from you unless you elect to provide it to us.

Celtra also collects other non-PII information on the Web Site which does not specifically identify you, including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve your experience on the Web Site and for any other business activities.

Celtra and third party service providers and partners of Celtra may use "cookies" and similar technology to customize your visit to the Web Site. Cookies are identifiers that can be sent from a web site via your browser to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Thereafter when you visit our Web Site, a message is sent back to the web server by the browser accessing our Web Site. You may elect not to accept cookies by changing the designated settings on your web browser. However, not utilizing cookies may prevent you from using certain functions and features of our Web Site. Data in cookies may be read to authenticate user sessions or provide services. Celtra may use the information collected from the "cookies" to collect the pages visited, navigation patterns, etc. of a visitor. This information would help us learn things such as what product information or services is of most interest to our members, and what kinds of content our visitors like to see.

Third party advertisements displayed on the Web Site may also contain cookies set by Internet advertising companies or advertisers (known as "third party cookies"). Celtra does not control these third party cookies and users of the Web Site should check the privacy policy of the Internet advertising company or advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies. A "pixel tag" is a tiny image inserted in a webpage and used to record the number and types of views for that page. Celtra may allow third party pixel tags to be present on the Web Site for purposes of advertising, providing services or data and statistics collection.

Celtra may not own or operate certain applications or websites that you use or access through our Web Site. Whenever you connect with third party application or website, we will receive information from them, including information about actions you take. In some cases, in order to personalize the process of connecting, we may receive a limited amount of information even before you connect with the application or website.

Collection of Information through the Celtra Services

PII is only collected through the Celtra Services when you affirmatively elect to provide such information to a publisher/advertiser.  We only collect such information for the benefit of the publisher/advertiser and will pass it on to the publisher/advertiser.

When you interact with our Celtra Services, we may collect non-PII information such as the time spent viewing an ad, pageviews, video views number of ads clicked and other information about your interaction with the ads.  This information is provided to our publishers/advertiser partners for analysis purposes only.

How we use your information

Celtra will only use the PII you provide under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If Celtra obtains PII from a third party, such as a business partner, our use of that information is also governed by this Privacy Policy.

If you have consented to receive promotional materials (e.g., newsletters) or notifications from Celtra, Celtra may periodically use your email address to send you such materials. If you want to stop receiving such materials from Celtra, you can change your profile settings or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How we secure your personal information

Celtra uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard PII in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification.

No security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your information. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We cannot ensure that information you share on our website will not become publicly available. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on our Web Site. You can reduce these risks by using common sense security practices such as choosing a strong password, using different passwords for different services, and using up to date antivirus software.

Children’s Privacy

The Web Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Web Site. We do not knowingly collect PII from any child under 13 years of age.
