You will have access to billions of data points and the chance to partner with senior leaders within our organization.
Design and manage ad effectiveness studies (e.g.: brand uplift, creative pre-testing, etc.)
Conduct quantitative research about ad performance
Build and automate machine learning models using various data sources
Partner with product & engineering teams to develop new methodologies and products for ad performance prediction
Convey your message to team members and other stakeholders using your excellent communication skills
Minimum 2 years experience as a data scientist
Demonstrated experience in machine learning techniques: predictive modeling, cluster analysis, classification, natural language processing
Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
Demonstrated experience using R or similar languages (Matlab, Python) to analyse, transform and visualize big data
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to be self-driven, pro-active, systematic, well organised and rigorous about details
Ability to operate in a highly multidisciplinary and collaborative environment where effective exchange of knowledge between peers is crucial
