Technical Support Specialist - AdOps

Are you interested in supporting Fortune 500 Brands and Publishers who use our creative  technology and aid in the production of highly engaging digital advertising? We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work internally and externally to provide support for all facets of using AdCreator, our Creative Management Platform. This role sits at a crossroad, working collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support key customer accounts. This individual will handle technical product questions and issues as well as helping to identify client-facing product issues and strategic opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback.

Individuals in this role will become expert level users of Ad Creator and provide support on topics such as creative building, campaign trafficking, analytics  and publisher/partner management — you’ll help our clients scope feasibility for creative executions, advise on implementation best practices while managing and supporting clients through their daily trafficking and troubleshooting needs.


  • Develop and Maintain Expert knowledge of the Celtra AdCreator platform to support internal teams and clients in their day to day usage of the software
  • Ensure that our platform delivers an excellent user experience from software usage to interactions with support.
  • Responsible for all ticketing support for assigned time zones, including:
    • Testing and troubleshooting ad unit functionality and rendering in production and various external environments
    • Working with Engineering and Customer Success to resolve bugs and communicate pertinent technical concerns to clients in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate trafficking support for Celtra creatives with partners across advertising channels (display, rich media, video, native, social, etc…)
  • Technical Certification of Celtra’s Publisher and Supply Partners
    • Confirm Celtra Creative functionality on Partner environment(s)
    • Ensure analytic data aligns between Celtra and Partner
    • Understand partner eco-system technologies and how they complement and/or leverage Celtra’s offerings
  • Supporting Partners so that they can successfully navigate the end to end process of using our software
  • Understanding Ad serving abilities and trafficking workflows for all clients
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining relationship with key partners by ensuring a high level of excellency in Support
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2-4 years experience in ad operations/online trafficking environment or similar technical support/custom support roles
  • BA/BS (technical field preferred, but not required)
  • Strong organizational, verbal and analytic skills
  • Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript (knowledge of additional programming languages is a plus, but not required)
  • Familiarity with Chrome, Safari, or Firefox web developer tools
  • Knowledge of Rich Media and Video Advertising standards, operations, vendors and products
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party tags such as Doubleclick, MOAT, IAS, etc…
  • High level of comfort and experience working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally
