We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work internally and externally to provide support for all facets of using AdCreator, our Creative Management Platform. This role sits at a crossroad, working collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support key customer accounts. This individual will handle technical product questions and issues as well as help to identify client-facing product issues and strategic opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback.
Individuals in this role will become expert level users of Ad Creator and provide support on topics such as creative building, campaign trafficking, analytics and publisher/partner management — you’ll help our clients scope feasibility for creative executions, advise on implementation best practices while managing and supporting clients through their daily trafficking and troubleshooting needs.
